I have been studying at Flux Jewellery School for four years now, starting with a weekend course which so whetted my appetite to learn more about working with metal to make jewellery. Water colour paintings has always been my métier but I can’t wear them! My intention therefore, was not to churn out jewellery to dominate the market but to experiment and learn – feeding my increasing passion to make quality pieces from a variety of materials. Flux Jewellery School nurtures, gives knowledge unconditionally and provides encouragement that cannot be found in any other school or college. To describe Flux Jewellery School to anyone who is thinking to stretch their imagination and learn a new skill I would say that Flux gives not only first class tuition but also a sincere feeling of creative community, friendship and the celebration of each other’s achievements.
