DESCRIPTION:Advanced Jewellery Making - Steps to improve soldering skills / Personal project development. 10 Week course (Evenings\, Tue).\nBook Now\n\n- Develop your own projects with guidance from your tutor; learn how to improve soldering skills and practice new techniques to support your advancing jewellery designs.\n\nSoldering is a core skill in jewellery making and practice is essential to understand how to control heat for optimum results. On this course we will examine common mistakes when soldering\, looking at ways to remedy and improve on your existing skills.\n\nStudents are encouraged to bring their own projects to work on to support their ongoing personal development.\n\n\tPersonal Project  – develop your own jewellery project(s) with as much assistance as you need from your tutor\n\tSoldering Skills – Weekly group tutorials and demonstrations examining the nitty gritty of soldering\, from basic to complex procedures over 10 weeks.\n\nBy the end of this course you will know how to:\n\nSolder well using a variety of techniques that are appropriate for specific scenarios\n\nAnd you will have produced a number of jewellery pieces to your own design and specifications.\n\nMax Students 12.
