DESCRIPTION: Family Workshop in Cuttlefish Casting: Sunday Afternoon Course.\nBook Now\n- This is an exciting family workshop in cuttlefish casting\, where together you will be able to make fabulous objects in metal. Design a pendant or medal. Prepare a piece of cuttle fish bone to make your mould. Carve it. Cast into it. Drill and polish the result. Wear it home!\n\nA participating adult must accompany each child.\n\nSuitable for children aged 5+\n\nAt Flux Studios we provide a supportive environment where families / children and their carers can actively engage with creative and craft processes together\, in the professional environment of an artist studio. Projects are tailored to suit children and adults having no prior experience\, with initial focus on free experimentation with material and technique. Students then put their newfound experiences into producing a final piece of jewellery or mini - sculpture.\n\nThese workshops are free* for Southwark residents. A participating adult must accompany each child.\n\nAdults please note\, this is a course for families.
